Our in house service department can repair
and service most makes and types of wireless audio equipment
from radio microphones to in-ear systems.
We are fully equipped to deal with everything from major repairs
to simple maintenance and alignment checks. It is important
that wireless equipment is repaired to manufacturers' specifications.
Poorly repaired equipment may not be meeting Type Approvals
gained by the manufacturer, may cause interference to other
peoples radio equipment and may possibly be breaking licensing
conditions. Our experienced personnel and advanced test equipment
ensure your peace of mind on these issues. |

Repair procedure
You should contact the service department to discuss the problems
you are having with your equipment, they can then advice on
the best possible action to take. The service department can
be contacted on 020 8880 3243 and by email if you prefer on
service@handheldaudio.co.uk.
All items that are sent to us should be well packaged to minimise
possible transit damage and with adequate insurance, as we do
not take responsibility for any item until we receive it.
You should include contact details and a return address, and
as much information about the problems you are having. Once
the item has been looked at you will be contacted with a quote
and an estimate of how long it will take to complete the job.
We do not charge for quoting but we DO CHARGE for return post
and packing.
