What does the
QUOTE icon do and how do
I use it? |

A QUOTE function has been provided
on certain selected items to allow someone ordering several
systems or even just putting a complete package together
to be able to receive a personalised quotation on the
whole order. To take advantage of this function, shop
as normal and add items to your cart. Once your order
is complete and it includes any quotable item, then simply
click on 'get a quote' and follow the instructions.
Once we receive your quote request, we will contact you
to discuss your quote and once you are satisfied we will
take payment details from you and the order will be placed.

You offer several
delivery options, are they guaranteed, can I rely on them? |

We have endeavoured to offer several
delivery options to suit various budgets and time scales.
Orders placed before 2PM will be dispatched that day,
to be received in the time frame indicated in the selected
delivery option. We will get in touch with you if any
items are not in stock to discuss your options. However
as we are totally dependent on third party couriers we
CANNOT explicitly guarantee
that delivery times will be met. If TIME
IS OF THE ESSENCE then we would ask that you place
your order by phone, so we can discuss your requirements.

How do I get
more information about your products? |

Clicking on the INFO icon for a product
will pop-up an information window. This window will display
a larger image of the item as well as a longer more comprehensive
description of the item. If that is not enough, majority
of our products have additional datasheets. Our datasheets
are either stored in webpage format or Adobe Acrobat (PDF)
format.
Clicking on a webpage datasheet will cause another browser
window to open displaying the information. The Acrobat
PDF datasheets can be viewed in a browser window by clicking
the left mouse button or can be saved for later viewing
by right mouse click and selecting 'Save Target As...'.
In either case you will need Adobe Acrobat Reader to view
pdf format files. The reader can be downloaded from here.
